Wednesday French class opened with the review of the sound [ o ]. Then, we tackled the lesson Le son [ i ]/the sound [ i ] on p. 34 of MATERNELLE, and we did a practice exercise (in the binder) with the following words:
- mimi
- souris
- fille
- bille
- bougie
- livre
- lit
- riz
The group also did the exercise p. 33 "Ce qui flotte"/what is floating, and an exercise to review the colors.
Afterward, the class worked on the vocabulary "A la piscine" of "First hundred words in French".
The last 15 minutes we played a couple of games : "French flash cards", and "Vocabulon des petits".
Homework for Wednesday, December 17 : do the exercise "Je colorie les illustrations dans lesquelles on entend le son [ i ]/I color the pictures in which I hear the sound [ i ], also practice the vocabulary with the sound [ i ] above, as well as the vocabulary "A la piscine"
