Welcome back kids !
We started Wednesday class with a review of the sound/le son [a].
Then we studied the sound/le son [o] on p. 30 of Ma Maternelle :
- cocorico
- moto
- vélo
- tobogan
The group also worked on "Lire un plan"/Read a map, p. 29 of Ma Maternelle.
We reviewed the vocabulary of "Dans la rue", and learned the vocabulary of "La fête" in the book "First hundred words in French"
The last 10 minutes was our quiet time, I read the children a story/une histoire : "Promis, plus de bruit"/Promise, no more noise.
Homework for Wednesday, December 10: circle the [o] in the following words, and repeat them out loud :
- zéro/zero
- poste/post office
- domino/domino
- vole/fly
- potage/soup
- fromage/cheese
- carotte/carrot
- botte/boot
- chocolat/chocolate
