Wednesday we started the class with a review of the numbers 1-10 ( Bravo ! Good job kids!). I distributed 11 copies (in the child's binder) of 11 action verbs with a drawing that illustrate that verb. I will be using those verbs frequently during the class, and they are :
- écris/write
-dessine/paint
- copie/copy
-lis/read
- découpe/cut
- entoure/circle
-colle/glue
- trace/trace
- regarde/look
-peins/paint
- relie/connect
To understand the verbs a bit better we did a couple of exercises using some of those verbs
- Je regarde le dessin, je découpe et je colle les morceaux du puzzle/ I look at the drawing, I cut, and I glue the pieces of the puzzle.
- relie chaque feuille à son ombre/connect each leaf to its shadow

Homework for Wednesday, October 8: get familiar with the verbs above with Mom or Dad's help.
